At my Eagan daycare...

It is my goal to provide children with a safe environment that nurtures self-esteem and security. You can expect me to love and cherish your child. You can help me by keeping me informed regarding any health concerns, favorite foods, fears, or special interests. I will share information about your child’s growth and activities during the time spent at Laura’s Little Einsteins.

You are the most important person in your child’s world and I will make every effort to support you as a family. I understand how difficult it can be for working parents to balance all of their commitments and responsibilities in their lives. For this reason I strive to offer a program that will enrich your child’s development while putting your mind at ease.

I believe self-esteem is...

A critical component to the optimal growth in young children; I focus on developing the socialization and self-help skills needed to have a positive self-image. I will also do my best to assist your child in developing important values such as: good manners, caring/sharing, patience, responsibility, compassion for self and others, as well as communication and teamwork. I provide daily activities to promote learning through hands on play and discovery along with a state approved preschool program.

My preschool program....

And activities help ready your child for Kindergarten. He/she will learn to recognize the alphabet, shapes, colors, numbers, get comfortable with cutting and gluing as well as beginning reading and writing skills. I also work on the name recognition and name writing. The children are given the opportunity to explore, experiment, and create in a safe and nurturing environment..

Schoolastic Reading Club

We participate in Schoolastic Reading Club! When you place an order from Scholastic Reading Club it supports both your child and your child's school. There are several titles they grow to love that are available at lower then retail cost. With each order our classroom places we receive points for future classroom books!

Preschool Program

We work hard to develop important key skills such as:

  • Social & Emotional
  • Language & Literacy
  • Mathematics & Reasoning
  • Psychical Development
  • Self Care

I use a research based curriculum that creates enthusiasm for learning and builds school readiness skills. All of the activities and assessment materials are aligned with national and state standards. This program is offered Monday-Friday, September- May.

USDA Food Program

I am a member of Providers Choice food program. Research has proven children who attend a child care facility that participates on the USDA Food Program eat healthier than those who don't. Children who regularly eat a healthy diet are sick less often, have more energy and overall have fewer health problems.

I feel so good about leaving my baby at Laura's she's sweet and smart and very organized. Her house is set up with a perfect space for any child to play and learn. She is very hands-on with the kids helping them with little projects and crafts that encourage creativity and imagination. She's very flexible with my schedule and her rates are affordable.
